Gates Open: 5:45 PM
Public entrance gate is at the Northwest corner of the stadium.
Please plan to arrive early and get to the gates as soon as they open!
Be in your seat: 6:40 PM
National Anthem, Rumble guests, Introductions and Youth walk out!

509 Syndicate’s March to the Match
Join in on an American-soccer tradition. Marching to soccer matches is a customary pregame ritual showcasing fans’ dedication and enthusiasm while parading to the stadium with chants, flags, and drums. This vibrant march embodies the spirit of camaraderie and passion that fuels excitement for the game, creating an unforgettable experience for players and spectators alike. - Time: Marches start an hour before kickoff, gathering for the march begins 90 mins before kickoff
- Location: Rotary Fountain Riverfront Park
- Duration: 0.5 mile at a normal walking pace is 12-15 minutes
- Expectations: Expect a few hundred marchers; kids to adults walking and rolling. Music, instruments, noise, flags, and learning chants as you go
Transportation
During the 50th anniversary celebration of Expo 50, those heading to Riverfront Park can enjoy a free STA ride on the weekends. Fares will be greatly reduced during the week. More Information

Bring The Cheddar
Show your e-ticket at River Park Square’s Mac Daddy’s Gourmet Grub, located on Level One, for $3 Domestic Drafts and/or a small basic mac (or bacon mac!) for only $8.
Clear bag policy
Guests may carry one clear plastic or vinyl bag no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”. Small clutch bags no larger than 6.5″ x 4.5″ (does not have to be clear) or clear one-gallon zip-top storage bags are also permitted. Backpacks and purses larger than 6.5″ x 4.5″ will not be permitted.
Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items or single-compartment diaper bags (the child must be present).

Spokane Public Facilities District Water Bottle Policy & Filling Stations
- Water Bottle filling stations will be located on the SW concourse
- No metal or glass water bottles permitted in the stadium
- Plastic bottles must be emptied before entering the stadium
- Plastic sippy cups and baby bottles are allowed
Fan Code of Conduct
All fans must abide by the Fan Code of Conduct. Violation or refusal to abide by any policies of the Fan Code of Conduct will result in sanctions as deemed applicable by the United Soccer League office, USL Spokane, and One Spokane Stadium, including but not limited to warnings, ejections, venue bans, removal of supporter privileges, ticket purchase ban, removal of season tickets, or arrest. Refunds will not be issued in any of these circumstances if a violation occurs. Thank you for your adherence to our code of conduct. Enjoy the match!
Parking
Spokane Zephyr FC & Spokane Velocity FC is a proud member of the Spokane community and is partnered with many local businesses around downtown Spokane. We encourage all our fans to park downtown to grab a bite or a drink before the match at one of the many restaurants around the area. Then, join the 509 Syndicate for their march to the match. Cashless Concessions
Concessions stands at the Stadium are cashless; all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.
Digital Tickets
Spokane Zephyr FC & Spokane Velocity FC utilize paperless tickets. Tickets can be accessed through your Ticketswest account online or the USL Spokane app. For more information to access your tickets digitally please see our digital ticket guide. ADA: Accessibility Information
- Seating: ADA compliant seating is available both on the West and East sides of the stadium on the hospitality/concourse level. If you are seeking ADA seating please contact our Ticketing Office at tickets@uslspokane.com .
- Parking: Disability parking spots are available first come, first serve in Lot D (Northwest side of stadium outside main entrance; please see map below).
- Stadium Access: There are ramps at both the Northwest (primary) and Northeast entrances (this entrance is not always open). Those with mobility challenges may seek security personnel to assist them in cutting to the front of the line.
- Elevators: Elevators are located on both the West and East sides of the stadium. On the West side, they are for River Premium Members seeking access to the top level hospitality areas. On the East side, they are for access to the supporters section on the pitch level (behind the south goal).
Noise & Sensory Advisory
Soccer fans contribute significant support, excitement, and enthusiasm on match day. While some items and noise makers are restricted from the stadium, please note that Supporters Sections will be standing, chanting and cheering the entire match, and permitted to bring approved noise makers. Additionally, the Supporters Section is authorized for large flag waving and standing throughout the match. Prior to the game, Spokane Zephyr FC and Spokane Velocity FC will incorporate approved special effects into the pregame festivities such as fog machines. If you have sensory sensitivity, please take this into consideration.
Inclement Weather Policy
USL Spokane will play rain or shine. Matches delays or cancelation will only occur in the event of severe weather conditions. Fans attending a match will be notified in these instances.
